Ofer Bar, CEO
Upon completion of his military service as a Combatant Officer in an elite operational unit of the Israel Defense Forces, Ofer Bar served in the Israel General Security Service (Israeli Secret Service) from 1993 until 2003. Upon joining the Secret Service, he participated in a comprehensive training program, including the prestigious GR ("Government Request") course for security agents, followed by a specialized course in aviation security. Subsequently, Mr. Bar served as a security agent at Israeli embassies and at El Al Israel Airline branches around the globe.
Upon completion of further training within the framework of the Governmental Dignitary and Delegation Protection Unit, he served as a VIP security agent, then as a Senior Special Agent in Charge in the Unit and finally as its Chief Operations Officer for over two years. During this period, he was responsible for the security of various dignitaries, including the Israeli President and Prime Minister, foreign heads of state visiting the country and more. All such security operations required constant security planning for a wide range of contingencies and coordination with a large number of bodies.
Ofer Bar holds a BA degree in Logistics and Economics from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
Tal Botzer - MLM VP
After completion of his military service as a fighter in the paratrooper brigade unit of the Israel Defense Forces,
Tal Botzer did the "Shin Bet" security course - the Israeli security agency.
After the course he served 4 years at the Israeli "Ben-Gurion" Airport as a security officer.
Before joining MLM, he served 3 years in the "Israeli delegation's unit" of the ISS (Israeli security services) as security agent around the world (delegations and embassies).
In the last 20 years he has been part of the MLM staff, starting in the field as VIP security agent. and continued to manage teams and events, and he is now the VP of the company responsible for a wide range of the company's clients in all aspects of security.
Tal Botzer holds a BA degree in business administration (Rupin College) and M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering and management (Beer Sheva University).
Livna Weizman - Office manager

Livna has over a decade of experience in the field of administration.
She is certified as a Bookkeeper and Payroll accountant.
Over the years she worked as an administrative manager in one of the leading real estate companies in Israel and was a personal assistant to a businessman with many properties and companies.
Livna is working at MLM since 2014.
Matan Gilad- Account manager
After serving in the army in a combat service as a commander in an elite unit "Sayeret Nahal".
Between 2009 and 2014 service in the VIP security unit of the Ministry of Defense, graduated from a course for senior managers on behalf of the Ministry of Defense.
In the past 8 years Mr. Gilad has been working for MLM in the security department, he started as a Security officer and was promoted to the position of A Client manager for one of the company's biggest client.
Matan Gilad holds a LLM degree in law and a lawyer's certificate in Israel.
Amit Brosh - Account Manager
Military service as a fighter and commander in the Magellan unit
After military service Amit worked as a sales man and assistant coach of the Israeli badminton team for the disabled
Later Amit went through a course of the General Security Service and worked as an airport security agent around the world
After that he continued to work as an Air Marshal, an under cover agent and instructor in the aviation security department of El Al
In 2018, Amit went through a security manager course for Israeli embassy around the world and was involved in the security of the Israeli embassy in Moscow and Croatia.
In 2024 Amit started his way at MLM as a manager.
Amit hold a degree from Bar Ilan University from department of social sciences and criminology
Ori Lazmi - Account manager
Upon completion of his military service as a Combatant and A Combat Medic for the Golani brigade of the Israeli Defense Forces ,
Ori Lazmi worked as a security officer and shift manager in several sites and areas from 2013 until 2024 .
He participated in several security courses specialized in civil security and urban areas .
Mr. Lazmi is also a skilled and updated civilian medic - Volunteered for the United Rescue organization for more than 10 years
as a Medic On Call and as a Medic instructor .
Also Sri is an active Israel Defense Force reservist .
During the last 4 years Mr. Lazmi has been working for MLM ,
Started as a Security officer and was promoted to be an Account Manager .
Ori Lazmi is expecting to complete his BSc degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Netanya Academic College .
Shalev Halfon - Account manager
Upon completion of his military service as combat soldier in the 411 Brigade in the Artillery
corps. 2015-2018
Shalev worked as a security officer and shift manager in the Wolfson Hospital (2018-2021)
In his work as a shift manager, he was in charge of 20 security personnel, maintaining a stable peaceful
environment for both staff and patients. Shalev was in charge of evacuation and mass-casualty events in the medical center.
During Covid-19 he was in charge on enforcing the local regulation and laws withing the Hospital.
Since 2021 -for the past 5 years, Shalev has been working in MLM, started as a Security Officer and was promoted to be a shift leader.
Shalev was managing the security team at the Israeli Google offices at Tel-Aviv.
The work includes securing the facilities, as well as helping and giving support to workers and visitors in
the office.
In April 2025 Shalev was promoted to a client \. Account manager as part of the MLM management stuff.
Shalev holds a full stack developer and Network management course from John Bryce academy.
Mastering Python Web Development, With Django and Flask, html, css, java script, React,
and Cloud Services and learning to use AWS, Active directory, checkpoint R77,Vmware, Digital machines and server management.
Omer Skitel - Account manager
Omer completed his military service (2005-2010) as Deputy Company Commander in the Kfir Brigade where he had a variety of officer roles in combat and as a combatant commander in the 1st Infantry Division and served as an officer and combatant commander - 12th Rifle Division
From 2010 until 2016 he served in the Dignitary protection Unit ( the Israeli secret service), the "Shin Bet" as Personal Security Guard.
He served as a Security Guard for the Israeli Prime Minister, President, Minister of Defense and government symbols.
He also provided Security and management of security teams for Prime Ministers and Presidents from around the world. His roll included writing operational orders and managing events.
2016-2023 Omer work for the Israeli Prime minister office station in Rome , Italy.
From 2023 until 2025 Omer was working as the United Arab Emirates Senior Security Manager in Israel.
In His role as the Chief Security Manager of the United Arab Emirates Embassy and the Ambassador's Residence he was responsibility for a team of 40 security guards preforming the security tasks associated with these facilities.
Omer holds an a Medical degree M.D. from Universita Cattolica Del Sacro Coure Roma.
